the week is almost over and I still haven't got much to report. I am doing the labor day 20K race on the 1st, the day Elliott returns to college. Maybe this will give me the incentive to run faster than I did last year. My best time for this race was a 1:46:?. I love this race, very exiting day, they are looking at a record crowd this year.My running this week is taking its course I did XC on Tuesday and track work on Wednesday miles this week just have not picked up. Saturday I'm running Westport 9.3 miler . I can't blame anything on the weather, its been gorgeous.
Back to the Olympics: this is why I can't get my butt going in the AM

The Olympics were addictive alright. I missed the men's marathon and then saw no Americans in the top 10. How disappointing, I had big thoughts for Ryan Hall after his two Londons.

A nice 20K on labor day should be fun. Could you start post BIGGER pictures though. Those tiny pics don't do you justice.
