I was trying to come up with a title for this one: I went out this morning to run, I would start then stop, my lower abdomen , felt tight, weird. I guess you can say it was a gut feeling telling me not to run this morning.
I went to the gym after dropping Kelly off at school. Did about 30 mins. of weight training. Went out for lunch for a change and walked at least 2 miles. I tried my best not to sweat, but it was a little muggy out.
Tonight I came home, after hanging out a bit my gut feeling was telling me to go out and run and out the door I went. I had a great run and am a bit surprise I felt so good. I did 7.82 miles. I need to get some longer runs in. I have a 10k and a half in June.
