That's how I felt this morning when I went out. Pretty damn cold I had to bundle up. The run went well and I was glad to get it in before the day started. Eight miles nice and easy. I need to get back on track with my long runs again. I hosted Easter dinner. Before we left for church I stuck the turkey in the oven. When we got back I finished the rest.
Hope every one had a wonderful day today. I really should be in bed right now.

What's going on with the weather in your neck of the woods? After a mild December you've just been clobbered. Hope things warm up a little this week and you can get back on track with your longer runs.

What the heck happened with the weather?? We had snow too! They said it was warmer in Anchorage, Alaska on Saturday than it was in Houston, Texas!
