I was in bed all day on Saturday, drank bowls and bowls of soup and lots of fluids. Sunday for the most part I was in all day also more soup and rest. I still was not 100% on Monday. I am glad the snow kept me in. Monday night I'm feeling much better and this morning I felt really good. Temp was perfect for running but had to be cautious. I ran fast(my fast) when I could and crawl when I had to!!
