Not Bad at all

I went out without a hat. My ears got really cold. I'll be sure to put my hat in the right place tonight. Of course this was a nice easy one. I really felt good. Honestly I thought I was going at a really good pace. Very dark so it was hard to check the garmin. When I finally got a good glance at the garmin I was lucky to find one of those miles at 10:55!!! I guess it was for the best I really didn't need to be going any faster than that anyway, although I would have loved to have been at about 10:15 to 10:30. I told myself there is a reason for this. There is always a reason. :) and yes tomorrow is another running day hooray!! :)

Cold ... I seem to remember cold. It's been so long ago that I ran in the cold that it's hard to remember. The forecast low for Tuesday is 57F. You'll be laughing at me in another month when I'm complaining about running in the high 40s.

Don't forget your hat and stay warm.

Nice run - gotta let your body recover - so how cold is it there? It is still warm here (72 at 9pm) but they said it all ends tomorrow. I don't know how you run in the cold weather - that was the only thing that kept me from going to college in New England. Burrrr!

I am still here!  Ended 2021 strong.  Felt good and was back in the best shape I've been in a while . Went back to the office June of ...
