
Since it was still very dark I did the 3 mile loop around my neighborhood. I like this loop because it is well lit a little hilly because I chose to go in the hilly direction. Then I did my five mile recovery run route. All in all the run went well. My first two miles was slow 10:50 /10:55 my next 4 was averaging 9:49 to 9.55 and my last two was back to about 10:15 to 10:30 my 4 middle miles should have been faster but I was just too tired but I really did tray to push it. I even had an extra ten minutes to walk and cool down afterwards.

Dawn ... nice job pushing up the pace on a cold autumn morning. 32F! I wore my running tights this morning and the temperature was a balmy 57F
