Woke up late, was stiff when I went out. I think my body was telling to rest. Listening to your body should be your first priority. That is why I pushed myself to do hills anyway :). I did my hill repeats on one very long hill over on Flax Hill its a killer. Normally when I do hills I just do my hilly route which have 4 nice size hills that I repeat 2 times each. My mileage was not where it should have been today and there was alot smog in the PM so I did not do a PM run Today.
