You know, sometimes I find myself thanking God right in the middle of a run.
Being able to get out and about is indeed a blessing. We who have our health and exercise it are most thankful. Have a happpy holiday and here's to many wonderful miles next year, Dawn.

Today the not-so-great temp outside was 10, with a feels-like of -7. and a wind speed of 17
On Friday, we had rain that turned to snow which continued Saturday and today, so running along the streets would have been dangerous.
Yes, the indoor track here is a blessing!
