I've made a few changes with my blog. I remember when I first started my blog I could barely do anything. Well blogger have made life a lot easier for people like me. I like it and am still checking out all the new stuff. No running today took today as a rest day. Went to Kelly's game today they won 26-12. Elliott had a game on Friday night they also won 28-12. So we had two winning teams this week end.
I plan on doing my recovery on tomorrow and I do plan on taking it very easy.
