9.2

Today I did 9.2 miles on the road. When I went out this morning it was 27 degrees, unless I told someone that they would not have believe me base on what my cloths told me after the run. I was soaking wet, I could not believe that I was sweating so much. Immediately after the run I had to jump in the shower and get ready for church. I am trying to adjust things so I am not always rushing from one thing to another.

Well it's official my son is going out for the wrestling team. And practice starts on Monday woopee!!!. Today I searched for a larger crock pot and a rice cooker. I just want him to be able to have dinner before these practice which starts at 6:30, I don't want him eating a full meal at 9:30 -10:00pm every night. I am really going to try to stick to this and see how it works. This may save me some time in the evenings. My crock pot also included a recipe book and I can't believe the wonderful dishes I can do in one pot.
