Changing seasons also affects the rhythm of days.
July/August Running Times.. which we received yesterday.. has an article "Double Your Pleasure, Two-a-days could be our marathon secret weapon." The author decribes a 30-45 minute second run... a couple of days a week. I have to think about this some more!! Keep up the great running!Sunshinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12381269071684742007noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12045321.post-61975465195077365942008-05-30T21:34:00.000-04:002008-05-30T21:34:00.000-04:00Wow, you ran hard - hope you aren't sore!Wow, you ran hard - hope you aren't sore!Dubshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14628498645517570547noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12045321.post-59424152245612195732008-05-29T22:53:00.000-04:002008-05-29T22:53:00.000-04:00I enjoy running in the morning but we are habit cr...I enjoy running in the morning but we are habit creatures, if I always ran at night, I would like running at night. Lately I have been running at lunch time, my job allows it and it gives me something to do so I do it, beats sitting around doing nothing.
I haven't done speed in a few weeks since I was training for Vermont marathon and I just did it last Sunday. I am in recov mode. I enjoy your blog so I will be a frequent visitor.A Plain Observerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03741520771592669741noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12045321.post-18283892121257505842008-05-29T14:41:00.000-04:002008-05-29T14:41:00.000-04:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
