I computed your pace for each interval as:<BR/><BR/>8:34<BR/>8:15<BR/>7:59<BR/>7:53<BR/>8:02<BR/><BR/>Nice and steady for the last 3 1000s. I wonder if you were warmed up enough for the first 2 or just holding back a bit.<BR/><BR/>I think you should be able to run under 10:00 as your easy pace. Give it a few days and see how you feel.
